I’m a CPA licensed in Illinois and co-founder of Nowakowski & Conner, PLLC, a tax and accounting firm focused on helping individuals and business owners navigate situations that often feel messy, overwhelming, or difficult to untangle.
Before launching the firm in 2025, I spent 15 years with the IRS serving as a Revenue Agent, Lead Revenue Agent, and Management and Program Analyst. My background includes complex tax examinations, financial investigations, income reconstruction analyses, and cases involving unreported income and financial fraud.
Today, I work with clients dealing with everything from cleanup and catch-up work to IRS issues, prior-year concerns, forensic matters, and ongoing tax and accounting support. The work I enjoy most is helping people better understand what’s going on, get organized, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
